Our aim is to support adults and children in their mental health journey. To consider our mental health achievements and struggles and begin to build the brain we want and need.
Modern life is challenging. It is our aim to coach those looking for extra emotional support providing families with the tools they need to thrive.

Adult mental health work begins with understanding the self better. Here we begin to explore who we are and what we are struggling with. We use foundation tools to think about what we can adapt and how we can build a mindset that supports our needs better and with less friction. A place to explore new ways of being and think about how we want to be in the world.

We build a basic practice based on your child's needs. Whether it be working with neurodivergence , building self esteem managing friendships or growing into our teens. There are tools to help your child navigate their world with ease and we will spend our time choosing which ones works best and how we may build a basic practice.

A place to work together as a family on your needs and wants and family rules. Sessions can be taken individually or together. The combination is up to you. Here we will discuss what works and and what's doesn't, how we may build family bonds and how we may express ourselves in a way we feel heard and understood by the group.​
HOW DO I BEGIN?

One to one support begins with an opportunity to taste-test the mindfulness tips and tools available from Mindfulmeschool with a flexible 1hr session to road test your mindfulness journey...progressing to one of our bespoke 5 week packages thereafter.

Here at Mindfulmeschool we want to support the family as a whole and therefore we have a mindfulness package to suit everyone.
For adults, this means investigating setback (s) to help you navigate through your challenges, using powerful questioning and coaching tools to encourage new ways of thinking. We will set goals; create plans and spend time looking within, in order to progress with confidence. If this work resonates with you and you wish to continue your mindful journey the Adult foundation programme progresses to a Mastery programme.
For children, I take your child through the skills needed to cope with modern living and begin the conversation around self care and feeling content within.
These sessions follow my "BE YOU" blue print; a framework designed by myself using my experience of working with parents and children over the last 7 years. Much of my private work involves discussing how to understand the mind and how to manage stress responses better. BE YOU allows us to experiment each week with basic mindfulness theories and exercises whilst also offering a more bespoke approach to address any specific areas of concern. Children/Teen courses are designed to meet childrens developmental needs. All may progress to level 2

A great way to enhance your mindfulness learning and maintain new ways of thinking. We continue to highlight the abundance of mental health options available to us and promote a bespoke mindset and new neurological pathways that support our busy lives. This is a great way to continue your mental health journey and evolve and grow in sync with ourselves instead of battling through life feeling worrisome, frustrated or less than.

If you would like to offer Mindfulness in the workplace please get in touch, this is something we offer and is available under the monthly membership programme where you may offer staff defined hours each week for them to bring to the sessions whatever they may feel may need some extra attention.
